The History of Jesus Global Mission!
Jesus Global Mission is a registered Christian religious charitable trust, Reg No: 183\07, in Calicut, Kerala. We are committed to serve the needy, share the love of Jesus and to save the perishing millions globally. Pastor Biju Thomas is the founder of this trust. The history of the formation of the trust is as follows.
Pastor Biju Thomas was born in Kerala, India, in a Christian family of extremely poor origin. His father was earning livelihood by working on daily wages. Being a member of such a poor family, he has gone through all kinds difficulties and hardships in life.As a consequence, in the process of time, he became an alcoholic, a drug addict, and a prodigal son to his family; and also a troublesome man to his community.
The love of Lord Jesus Christ, in the year 1995, miraculously transformed him to a new person. Later, God gave him a great burden to help the suffering people and share with them the good news of salvation. His own experience taught him that the suffering people would listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ when their basic needs are first met. This led him to do charitable work. After few years of theological education he began to help the poor and needy people; especially widows, orphans, blinds, tribals and slum dwellers; with the money God provided him time to time. Although the trust was formed recently, he was engaged in the charitable projects for the last four years.
He, with his wife and two children, reside in a rented house near the Calicut Medical College and serves the Lord Jesus. He has been used as a evangelist, pastor, counselor and prophet. He has ministered to needy people as the Lord guides him in South India, North India and in Gulf countries with prophetic anointing. By the grace of God, he has also led many to our Lord Jesus Christ.
